Our Story
Pascal’s Bakery is a family-run enterprise founded by Peter Pascal in 1986 . Starting out as the first community bakery chain concept, the company has since transformed into a food manufacturing brand synonymous with a variety of classic, artisanal, and healthy snacks options.
The mission to serve communities across Trinidad and Tobago still remains. From it’s humble beginnings almost thirty six years ago, Pascal’s Bakery now seeks to expand its reach and deliver the family’s legacy in bread to everyday men and women who wish to build their own businesses as café owners and restaurateurs. This greater remit has also allowed the company to establish its brand as the go-to supplier for groceries, international franchises, and the most popular eateries in the country.
